We strive to ensure that you are
100% completely satisfied with the service and the event tickets that you have
received. We understand that in some uncontrollable circumstances you may have
the need to cancel your order. Our company policy is that once the sale has
taken place that it is final. There are no refunds, cancellations or
exchanges.
However, we do everything in our power to re-sell the tickets
that have purchased from us. We enter them back into our inventory on a
consignment basis and attempt to re-sell them for the amount that you had
originally purchased them for. In most we are successful in re-selling them, but
if we do not, you would still be obligated to them.
If the event that you
have purchased has been postponed (due to an unforeseen error, scheduling
conflict, rainout or any other acceptable reason), your tickets would still be
valid for the rescheduled event.
If the event that you have purchased has
been cancelled outright (due to lack of box office ticket sales, rainout that
will not be rescheduled, strike, etc.) we will provide you with an in-house
credit for the entire amount that you had spent, less $6.50 per
ticket.
Please note that event tickets cannot be replaced. Please store
them in a secure environment (ideally a safe or lock box). Please keep your
event tickets away from heat and direct sunlight as they will be damaged or
destroyed.
